Starting with the salons from 2011, F.I.A.P will offer to the organizers of salons F.I.A.P patronage, a special badge (light blue) to be awarded to the best author in each Salon. The entrant who has achieved the highest total of acceptances in all the sections of the Salon added together will be proclaimed Best Author. In the event of a tie, the organizer will decide irrevocably.
